For the successful HR Administrator our client is offering:
• £25,000 p/annum
• Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
• Permanent
• Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays, free parking, company pension
The role - HR Administrator :
• Providing a comprehensive HR administration service
• Typing up Policies & Procedures, proof reading these and researching key parts as and when required
• Being the first point of contact for HR queries across all business areas with appropriate escalation where required
• Assist with payroll enquiries and paperwork associated to the payroll processing
• Employee record management
• Absence report management
• Additional HR Administration of confidential files and documents
What our client is looking for in a HR Administrator
• Previous experience working in a HR Admin role - ESSENTIAL
• Manufacturing industry experience - DESIREABLE
• GCSE C+ or Equivalent - ESSENTIAL
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Driver License - FULL UK
