Working location: Mandai, North Singapore
Working day : Mon - Fri
Working hours : 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
Job responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, background checks, and onboarding procedures.
2. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, resolve labor disputes, and maintain a positive work environment.
3. Compensation and Benefits Management: Manage employee salaries and benefits, including payroll, benefits programs, insurance, and other allowances.
4. Attendance Management: Maintain employee attendance records and handle leave and overtime requests.
5. Training and Development: Assist in organizing employee training and development activities, and track training effectiveness.
6. Administrative Tasks: Handle daily administrative tasks such as office equipment management, document filing, and meeting arrangements.
7. Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations, conduct compliance checks, and maintain relevant records.
Requirements
* Diploma holder in Human Resources or Business Administration is welcomed.
* 1 – 2 years experiences in HR Admin position with min Diploma holder in any disciplines
* Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
* The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
* Must be approachable and helpful.
* Strong critical thinking skills.
* Good ethical judgment.
