• Able to demonstrate coaching/mentoring experience and persuasion/influencing skills through previous work or social activities

Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, the purpose of the role is to assist in the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio.

The role will be focused on a variety of property types, involving industrial, offices and neighbourhood retail. You will be working for a number of different clients and be expected to provide a best-in-class property management service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in the management of all portfolio matters such as monthly client reporting, quarterly KPI reporting, managing collation of environmental data etc.
