Pinnacle Group are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Southampton. Our Soft FM team is responsible for a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained. You will be responsible for a cleaning team of 18 staff working on NHS contracts within community hospitals and surgeries. Whilst having a hands-on approach you will ensure all sites within the contract are run efficiently to service level agreements and staff are fully trained to maximise their potential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the management of multi-site cleaning contracts within a clinical environment and will take pride in delivering a quality service. As you will be working on multiple sites a driving licence is required and a company vehicle is provided. Due to the nature of this role, you will also be required to complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check. The working hours are 3pm to 12pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff, ensuring all cleans are completed to a high standard.
• Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure service level agreements are met and addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide training and support to cleaning staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties efficiently and safely.
• Plan and schedule cleaning tasks, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely completion of jobs.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations providing staff with necessary training and equipment.
Key requirements:
• Previous cleaning supervisory experience required
• Strong team management, excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability of understanding IT systems.
• Reliable, punctual, high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
