Are you a tenacious and resilient Recruiter looking for your next role in a fast paced and supportive environment where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference?
Working in the Recruitment Team you will be the Lead Adviser for all recruitment activity in your priority area and other wider campaigns taking place. Using data and compiling monthly reports to identify priority areas to target and reaching your goals through proactive permanent recruitment initiatives. Advising senior managers and working closely with the HR Business Partner for the priority area, you will be responsible for writing attractive adverts, proactively approaching senior and hiring managers about their recruitment needs, reporting on activity and targets and ensuring compliance with policy and legislation.
You will be the driving force behind filling vacancies and supporting services to deliver on their resourcing goals, making sure candidate and hiring managers experience is at the centre of your activities and having a positive impact on vacancy rates as well as reducing reliance on agency and locum staff.
About the Role
Communication
You’ll need demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to influence and motivate others at all levels to drive successful recruitment and retention outcomes.
Advert writing
You’ll be responsible for producing high quality, attractive job adverts in line with our standards, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times in addition to advising managers on content as well as publishing on relevant channels, e.g. job board, social media.
Driving change
Be a strong advocate for change, driving continuous process improvement across the service working closely with HRBP’s, Heads of Service and key stakeholders.
Reporting
Your role will require the ability to produce reports, provide key metrics and insights, and make recommendations accordingly using our ATS Tribepad, Power BI, and other relevant data sources. This will involve regular update meetings with HR Business Partners and Heads of Service.
Proactivity
Being able to work under pressure, be proactive and also ensure a creative and flexible approach to achieve required outcomes and success whilst ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times in line with our values and behaviours.
Knowledge of ED&I

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Proactive direct recruitment experience either inhouse or within a recruitment consultancy or managed agency service provision.
- Experience of using applicant technology (ATS) /HR software.
- Ability to provide and produce reports of key data metrics.
- Be able to handle complex change and prioritise key recruitment activities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills – both oral and written.
- Stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Experience of writing high quality attractive and accurate job adverts.
