We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to work within our busy fast-paced but friendly Recruitment Team. The successful candidate will need to be well-organised, self-motivated and have great telephone manners with the ability toremaincalm under pressure.
You will work across the full end-to-end recruitment cycle(from vacancy creation to on-boarding)for vacancies across the trust. Therefore, the ideal candidate must havepreviousrecruitment experience along with experience of working in a busy administrative role/s. You will also be good on the telephone as the role will involve engaging and liaising with your recruiting managers,candidates and a wide range of staff groups daily.
PreviousNHS recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
The successful applicant willbe requiredto work from the office for the first 3 months as you develop into the role. However, once training is completed you will work 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home. The office islocatedat57-59 Bath Road Reading RG30 2BA.
This position is full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
1. To administer the agreed recruitment and selection process to ensure the effective delivery of the recruitment service in line with the Recruitment and Selection Policy and Procedure.
1. To liaise with the Team Leaders, Recruiting Managers,Financeand local Human Resources departments to ensure that the Resourcing Agreements are properly processed including:
1. Placing of advertisements accurately and cost effectively, according toappropriate deadlines.
1. Tobe responsible foractioning the shortlisting, interviewing and appointment arrangements necessary to complete the recruitment and selection process including the issuing of contracts of employment and pre-employment checks etc.
