In order to be successful in securing this position, recent experience working with children within the last 2 years would be beneficial, for example, in an education setting or as a support worker. As the schools are recruiting immediately, it would be ideal if you can jump straight into the role, however, do not let this put you off applying, as we are always receiving new roles. SEN experience would also be desirable in this role, however it is not essential as it will depend on the school you are placed in.
