I have partnered with a fantastic client based in Banbury who are looking for an HR Business Partner specialising in the European market.
The HR Business Partner will support the Regional Director and their team in becoming future-ready by focusing on the existing workforce and preparing them for future challenges. This role involves reskilling and upskilling employees, strategic workforce planning, succession planning, coaching and consulting leadership on HR matters, building a competitive organisation, championing company culture and employee experience, and managing reporting and budget responsibilities.
You must have proven experience in HR management, preferably in a business partner role with experience working in the European market.
You should have a strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations with the ability to develop and implement strategic workforce plans.
