Exams Officer & Data Analyst

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 3.30 pm and Friday 7.30am - 2.30pm
Salary: Grade 4 Spine Point 26 - £34,834 pa, pro rata - Actual salary - £32,887.11
Status: Full time/Permanent - Term time plus three weeks

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Exams Officer & Data Analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the examination process and analysing data to support school improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all internal and external examinations.
- Ensure compliance with examination board regulations.
- Collect, analyse, and report on student performance data.
- Maintain accurate records of student assessments and results.
- Provide data insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance student outcomes.
- Assist with the development and implementation of data management systems.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- The ability to use schools internal MIS, Arbor, Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with Local Authority/Multi Agency Environment
- To be knowledgeable in the latest legislations and Government guidance.
