Your new role
The main purpose of the role will be to act as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls, ensuring a first-class experience is had by all. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:

Join our dynamic team working on both housing and commercial projects in and around Norwich. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to contribute to our ongoing success and deliver high-quality service.Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
• Collaborate effectively with a large team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• Ideally hold 2391 (Inspection and Testing), but this is not essential.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in maintenance within housing and commercial environments
  • Availability:
  • Must be willing to work 6 Saturdays per year, compensated at an overtime rate.
  • Participate in a 1 in 6 on-call rota, with a call-out fee of £250 per week in addition to base pay.

Compensation

• Temporary Position:
  Competitive hourly rate during the initial 12 weeks.
• Permanent Package (upon confirmation): £37,500 per annum.

Location: Norwich
Salary: Up to £32,200 basic depending on experience, £37,000 OTE.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm with Saturdays on rota 8am - 1pm.

Parts Supervisor role:
Working in this busy main dealer you role will be looking after a large team of Parts Advisors who will deal with both retail and trade customers to source the right Parts for the customer's needs. You will be working closely with the Aftersales Manager and Service department to deliver the highest levels of customer service.

Requirements:

• We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience as a Parts Supervisor but this is not essential, however you must be an experienced Parts Advisor to be considered
• Full UK driving license
