Job Details:

• Planning approx. 10-11 operatives on a daily basis
• Answering inbound and outbound calls from residents, operatives and staff
• Handling a general enquiry inbox
• Working on WIP reports
• Answer incoming calls with regards to repairs issues
• Effective use of their in house system to actively schedule available Operatives and Sub-Contractors to jobs.
• Deal with complex repairs, demanding customers and those who have suffered service failure, to contain issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Handling calls and emails from the client to log issues, deploy Operatives and monitor completion of the work, providing updates at regular intervals.
• Ensure that the system is updated in a timely manner so that the client and the Operations are in receipt of the most up to date information.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Operatives, clients, customers (internal and external) and suppliers
• Understanding and diagnosing repair requests. Take ownership and responsibility for identifying the customer's needs and use appropriate questioning, listening and diagnosis skills to identify the issues and offer appropriate solutions.
• Managing incoming repairs inbox and allocating repairs works appropriately
• Scheduling work for operatives to attend properties and undertake works

Experience:

• Experience within housing repairs
• Experience scheduling engineer diaries
• You will need to understand and take responsibility for the fact that this role is pivotal to the successful delivery of the duties of the contract.
• You will have strong organisational and time management skills and be able to multi task effectively.

Nursery Room Leader (Level 3)

Salary: Up to £31,000

Hours Per Week: 40

To be considered for the role of Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) you will have:

• A minimum of a Level 3 childcare related qualification
• GCSE or equivalent English and Mathematics Grade C or above (if Childcare Qualification achieved after September 2014)
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED frameworks
• Good time management and organisational skills

The role of a Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) within the Nursery involves:

• Providing high quality care at all times
• Acting as a Key person to a number of children and maintaining regular contact with parents
• Ensuring that the Room is compliant with internal and external policies and regulations
• Planning daily activities, in line with EYFS curriculum
• Carrying out supervisions and evaluations
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring they are filed accordingly
• Acting as a mentor and providing leadership to junior members of staff
• Ensuring that the Room and Nursery has good staffing levels and arrange cover when needed

If you love dealing with people, have excellent communication and presentation skills and have your IPAF licences then this role could be for you! An IPAF Trainer opportunity to join a vibrant and growing team!

As the IPAF Trainer, you'll deliver IPAF and PASMA training to both internal and external customers daily. A great opportunity to join a vibrant and growing team.

You will need to have the IPAF instructor ticket to be considered to be an IPAF Trainer. Either:

• Registered IPAF Instructor Certificate

Responsibilities as the IPAF Trainer:

• Deliver training and development
• Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
• Evaluate training and development programmes
• Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
• Help the line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
• Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
• Work is generally classroom based on training delivery, which take place in South London.

It is essential that you have a background of at least one year as an internal trainer in plant hire or tool hire and have knowledge of access, platforms, lifting equipment or specialist areas e.g. confined space or fall arrest. You may have other experience/qualifications with working at height.

As an advocate for this growing business, you will be well placed to sell additional courses or potentially gain further business from your existing client base. There is scope to develop within a group of companies and broaden your training knowledge.
