Your new company

You will be working for a large organisation operating across the Aberdeen area providing property maintenance solutions to a range of public buildings. This role is a long-term temporary position for a period of at least 6 months. In your role as a Property Inspector you will provide technical expertise to the wider contract management team.

Your new role

In your new role you will spend a mixture of time in the office and visiting properties across the Aberdeen area. You will inspect plant such as commercial heating and ventilation systems. Warehouse Stock Operative - Motherwell - £22,405

The position

• This is a full time permanent position based at our customers distribution centre in Motherwell
• Rate of pay: £22,405 per annum
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus daily 30-min unpaid break
• Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7 - 8 hour shifts between: 00:00-23:59
• Working Environment - Chilled

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Operative

As a Warehouse Stock Operative you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.

Our activities vary, so often, you may be required to work across multiple different workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits and Load Adherence checks most of which require periods of manual handling.

Job activities

• Audit the Inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
• Audit Picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
• Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
• Maintain integrity at all times.
• Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
• Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.

Job specifics

• Able to actively respond to both verbal instructions and audible warning devices
