RESPONSIBILITIES
This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking professional experience as an intern. You will be working within a purpose driven multinational organisation on global HR projects that support learning & development and employee experiences across the Group. Through this internship, you will learn how to operate in a challenging and supportive environment where you can practice new skills and gain valuable experiences.
Global projects you will support:
- Group-wide leadership development programmes
- Diversity, inclusion and belonging training for sea and shore based employees
- Employee engagement and well-being programmes
Learning opportunities from this internship:
- Understand what is involved in developing and running group-wide development programmes
- Liaise with multiple external partners who support the success of our programmes
- Communicate with participants internationally to support their learning experience
- Develop learning and engagement content for employees
- Support invoice processing of learning and development projects
- Learn from a supportive HR team to development broader knowledge of HR
- Any other adhoc tasks as appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS
- Keen interest to learn and develop one's personal and professional capabilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Well versed in using Microsoft Office suite
- Minimum commitment of 3 months
