Company Branding: A prestigious and leading housing developer are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager for a timber frame project in Grimsby. This site is hoping to win PITJ 2025, and you will be working alongside a very experienced Senior Site Manager. Offering progression to Site Manager within 12-18 months.
Job Duties:
The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for assisting the Senior Site Manager in overseeing the timber frame project in Grimsby. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Scaffold Awareness certification, and a valid Driving Licence. Previous experience in house building, new build housing, and timber frame construction is essential.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and a keen eye for detail.
Working Conditions:
The role involves working on-site in Grimsby.
