What is the job role?This is a 12-month full-time fixed term maternity cover.
You will be responsible for providing an efficient recruitment and onboarding administration service to designated service areas demonstrating the Council’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion at every stage, thereby enhancing the overall candidate experience. Acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, you will address any recruitment and onboarding queries that arise. Your ability to communicate well and manage stakeholder expectations will be vital in this role
Who are we looking for?We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the ability to multitask, while working to tight deadlines. You will need to be a strong administrator with experience of dealing with a variety of customers, offering full customer support. Queries you will receive will focus on recruitment checks and onboarding related issues. Good communication and organisational skills are a key part of this role.
