HR Business Partner

37 hours per week
An opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join an established team whose purpose is to promote, develop and deliver high-quality support services in line with the Council’s People Management Strategy and wider corporate/school objectives.
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with Service Managers and Head Teachers providing advice, guidance and coaching as required. You will deal with a range of complex casework such as disciplinary, grievance and capability matters. Furthermore, you will work in partnership to promote effective and harmonious employee relations across the Council.
The successful incumbent will need to evidence proven professional HR generalist experience in a challenging HR environment.
Please note that HR Business Partners are required to attend in-person meetings across Bridgend County Borough.
