Your new roleAs the IT Desktop Support Team Lead, you will be ensuring that the IT support functions professionally and provides quality service that meets the needs of the organisation.
Daily responsibilities would include supporting the overall infrastructure, being the acting lead to the 7 junior members in the team to support existing hardware and software.
Overall, the IT Desktop Support Team Lead position requires an individual with a friendly personality and ability to communicate effectively across teams would be an asset.

• Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager
• IT Service Desk experience
