About the Role
Minerva Recruitment is currently hiring a Registered Nurse to join the care team at a well-established nursing home in Weymouth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, ensuring residents' needs are met with dignity and promoting their independence.
Key Responsibilities
• Delivering safe, effective, and respectful care
• Assisting in day-to-day care and activities within the nursing home
• Reporting to the Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead
Requirements
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse
• NMC registered with relevant post-registration experience
• Strong communication skills and nursing knowledge
