Prestige Nursing East Lancashire is looking for a new Recruitment Administrator to join our office team. Working as part of a friendly, proactive office team, with support from our national recruitment and compliance administrators, you will be involved in every aspect of recruitment and HR administration, facilitating our ability to support individuals utilising our services within their own homes and care settings.
We are offering a competitive salary package of £25,740 to £27,885 p/a dependant on experience to be agreed with the successful candidate.
Having secured a significant amount of new work opportunities, we need compassionate, committed, caring staff to join our team and support our service users across the region.
Experience in recruitment and HR administration is preferred but not essential, however the candidate should have a flexible, enthusiastic, can-do attitude to join the team working from our Blackburn office.
You will be assisting and supporting the branch leadership team in ensuring key business and compliance targets are met.
The role of Recruitment Administrator is key to ensuring we are able to respond to the changing needs of the business, supporting its growth and facilitating our ability to be responsive to new enquiries.
The Role:
Tasks will include:
- Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities
- Processing applications and determining their suitability for the roles we have available
- Interviewing prospective candidates using our internal application/interview system
- Carrying out pre-employment checks
- Arranging training and induction
- Forming strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Working closely and communicating with other members of the team
Success in the role will be measured by:
- Ensuring member utilisation targets are met
- Assessing branch performance against weekly, monthly, and annual targets
- Reviewing effective planning, and ensuring all service users have suitably allocated care and support.
