About the Role

Responsibilities:

• HR Process and Documentation:
• Develop, implement, and maintain efficient HR processes, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• HRIS Management:

As the head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in operationalizing our recruitment efforts to support our rapidly growing organization.  We recognize the necessity of building a robust talent acquisition strategy to fuel our continued success. WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategy:
• Understand our global and local needs so you can build and manage an integrated strategy across our distributed geographic locations
