You will contribute by:

• Maximizing sales with existing customer, using the C&S programs and apply individual knowledge and experience in both retail and wholesale to increase sales and gross profit for our customer.
• Establishing and following an escalation process to ensure the customer and the C&S partners are aware of all inventory issues that have the potential impact the business, and identify and implement process improvements to eliminate or minimize inventory issues that might negatively impact the business
• Tracking and reporting on results weekly in the following areas: Leftover Ad Inventory, Dead/Excess Inventory, Unauthorized/Reserve Inventory Management, Discontinued, Slow Moving and Close Coded Items.
• Building working relationship with C&S regional staff and customer. Understand the obstacles and challenges from both sides in order to resolve issue and find solutions.
• Manage, report and facilitate capacity planning across all C&S warehouse locations on a daily, monthly, quarterly basis.
• Resolving issues relating to billing and weekly statements. Requiring the knowledge and the resources to find solution to customer financial questions
• Coordinating and participating in scheduling and delivery issues. Working with Transportation to establish and adjust schedules, particular for seasonal and holiday changes.
• Monitoring and reporting daily volume based on capacity plan; troubleshooting and enacting capacity contingency plan if required.
• Preparing materials and participating in customer business reviews.
• Managing distribution smoothing across all warehouse locations based on capacity plans; communicating final plans back to the customer.
• Coordinating between customer and C&S special buy programs, such as shipper program, holiday candy, seasonal events, and holiday items.

THE ROLE:

Seasonal HR staff supports the full-time Insomniac HR team with processing new hire on-boarding steps via HRIS system, I9 verification, enter new employee data, create employee IDs and assist with employee time keeping.  Reports to full-time Insomniac HR team.         

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong customer service skills as this position is the face of HR during staff check-in

• Process new hires through job requisitions through Workday HRIS system

• Confidentially work with sensitive employee information

• Verify employee's I-9 documents

• Follow through with tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision

• Time keeping support for seasonal employees

• Assist HR and employees with on-site payroll and general HR inquiries, questions and concerns

• Other payroll and HR audit duties/special projects as required

This position is responsible for EHS compliance and risk reduction. EHS TAP will help lead technical and cultural change in safety, environmental & resource conservation. TAP rotation to be a minimum 1 year at the manufacturing plant and second year rotation at a different manufacturing plant or as guided by Corp EHS.  Must be mobile during TAP rotations, and mobile to be placed after second rotation to a permanent position. Approximately, 75% Tactical work and 25% Strategic work.

Area of Responsibility:

• Develop and implement safety programs
• Identify safety hazards, develop and implement corrective actions
• Review capital projects and provide EHS input
• Lead incident investigations
• Conduct annual EHS standards self-audits and corrective action follow up
• Environmental Programs: Proactively determine regulatory requirements based on complex permits.  Implement a proactive environmental management system.  Conduct routine compliance inspections and complete reporting requirements for required environmental compliance programs (Ex. Air emissions, SPCC, storm water, spill reporting, hazardous waste, wastewater, etc.).
• Resource Conservation:  Determine plant environmental footprint to develop and implement proactive resource conservation programs

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an expected graduation date of Dec 2023 or May 2024
• Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry-related clubs 
• Willingness to relocate for the program and then upon program completion is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Safety Management or an engineering discipline is preferred
• Position requires up to 20% travel and must be mobile to annual job rotation

Salary for this role is based upon experience and is in the approximate salary range of $50,000-$68,000.

THE JOB

Hollywood Palladium is seeking a Security team member. This person will guard, patrol, and/or monitor the venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. May operate metal detector equipment.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Responsible for the safety and security of patrons, employees, and assets.
• Conduct patrols of the building on a regular basis. Respond to all security & safety related calls in a timely manner. Exhibit exemplary conduct & appearance while on duty.
• Comply with & adhere to all the department’s performance, conduct & attendance standards.
• Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without the loss of efficiency or composure.
• Comply with all the legal & ethical instructions given by the Security Supervisors on duty and the Manager of Security.
• Adhere to the Security department's policies and procedures.
• Investigate and compile accurate incident reports.
• Complete all assigned tasks within the guidelines and deadlines set by the Security Supervisors and/or the Manager of Security.
• Interact with patrons, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
