Position Overview:
As a Retail Manager, you will take the lead in driving the success of our store by managing day-to-day operations, optimizing customer service, and ensuring seamless execution of business objectives. Minimum Requirements:
? AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in a relevant field.
? At least 3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role.
Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning, adherence to company policies, and excellent customer service.
? Manage inventory effectively by maintaining stock levels, minimizing losses, and ensuring product availability.
? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive profitability.
? Recruit, train, and manage staff while fostering a motivated and high-performing team environment.
? Prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and control costs to ensure efficient operations.
? Analyze sales performance, monitor market trends, and implement strategies for growth and improvement.
