Role Requirements
- Its essential you have experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade - at least 2 years experience within the role
- Good understanding of both new and used vehicle sales
- Ideally experienced running a large sales team, highly successfully.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence

Your new role
You will lead on the management of projects up to £1m in value relating to building alterations and refurbishments across a diverse and specialist estate. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate a range of both internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other specialist teams within the university.

In order to succeed in this position, you will need to have extensive experience in the management of delivery of a wide range of construction projects. You will need to understand the legal aspects of NEC and JCT contracts, and be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills.
