As a Senior Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with the Resourcing Business Partner to understand resourcing needs and proactively plan the recruitment process. This includes advertising, mapping, and approaching potential candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for screening and submitting shortlists to hiring managers. Ensuring a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates will also be a key part of your role.
About you
- Recruitment experience, either from an in-house or agency background.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately.
- An expert at using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise appropriately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
