CMA HR Division are currently assisting an organisation in Guildford, Surrey to recruit for a Senior HR Administrator on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the HR Manager the role is responsible for providing a full administrative service for the HR department, working alongside a busy HR team who are both supportive and encouraging.
What will HR Administrator role involve?
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including overseeing onboarding by sending starter forms, ensuring RTW documentation, and managing DBS checks.
• Own the employee exit process, including resignation letters, updating HRIS and terminating accounts for leavers.
• Maintain employee records by updating HRIS for with any changes.
• Prepare agendas, attend and take minutes for HR meetings, and act as a note-taker in EDRs, probation reviews, disciplinaries, and grievances.
• Oversee the HR inbox, respond to queries and action alerts to colleagues.
• Ad hoc tasks when required.
