Located in Stirling, a well-known construction company is looking for a Payroll Assistant to join their Payroll team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual keen to further develop their skill set and progress their knowledge and career. This is a permanent role which consists of 38.5 hours per week, 8am - 5pm with a 3.30pm finish on Fridays. There is onsite parking available with electric chargers.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for; end to end payroll, weekly/monthly payroll runs, analysing data, checking for variances, performing reports back to management, bank journals, reconciliation of payroll accounts, administration of year-end returns and making payments to third parties. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in the role, you will need to have relevant experience within a similar role in payroll and be a proficient user of Excel. Experience with Coins would also be very beneficial.
