• High volume daily processing of supplier invoices.
• Maintaining email inbox and responding to queries.
• Preparation of invoices for payment and allocation of supplier payments.
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving supplier queries.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Payable Assistant vacancy:

• Proven track record within a similarly high-volume Accounts Payable role.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (essential).
• First rate interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
