Manpower are currently recruiting for an Internal Recruiter for a prestigious client based in Bardon, Leicestershire
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for adding vacancies to our recruitment system and job boards, managing the recruitment mailboxes, ensuring that all vacancies are kept up to date, organising interviews and supporting the recruitment team with all relevant projects.
The ideal candidate will have administration experience, ideally within Recruitment or Human Resources.
Key Accountabilities
Support the administration and co-ordination of the end to end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process
Manage the job postings process internally and externally in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information displayed and branding is up to date
Coordinate all elements of the candidate interview process including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organising teams calls, candidate confirmations, update of ATS system and interview schedule tracker
Maintain all recruitment folders with up to date documents such as interview templates and job descriptions
Act as liaison with the HR Team, supporting of the candidate on-boarding process and highlighting any issues

This is a Hybrid temp to perm position working 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday paying £14 per hour
