This is a new role as an Internal Sales Specialist for CNC Machinery. You'll be at the forefront of driving new business opportunities, engaging with warm leads, and contributing to our growth across the Eastern Seaboard. Responsibility:
- Proactively follow up on inbound warm leads, ensuring timely engagement and nurturing relationships.
- Focus your role on strategic cold calling, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Drive the acquisition of new business accounts and strategically expand Macro's presence on the Eastern Seaboard.
- Effectively manage and develop the Eastern States of Australia, identifying key prospects and opportunities.
- Leverage your mechanically minded background to understand client needs and provide tailored CNC machinery solutions.
- Utilize Hubspot to manage leads, track interactions, and streamline the business development process.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Possess a strong background in machinery, demonstrating a solid understanding of CNC machinery.
- Experience in utilizing CRM systems, with a focus on efficient process management and lead tracking.
- Display a hunger for success, actively seeking and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business development opportunities.
- Exhibit strong follow-up skills to maintain engagement with leads and convert them into successful partnerships.
- Showcase an ability to adhere to and optimize business development processes for maximum efficiency.
- Effectively manage and prioritize activities within multiple territories to achieve strategic business objectives.
