Your new company
You will be joining a well-established company who work closely with the construction industry, joining an existing team of 4 external sales managers to provide customer support from query through to delivery. This varied role offers excellent progression routes and would be a great developmental role for someone who has customer service experience and wants to start or develop their career in sales.
Your new role
In this office-based role, you will log sales queries on lead trackers, send out samples, respond to questions on the products, estimate quantities required from technical plans, attend sales visits with the external sales team and provide overall administrative support to the team.
You will not only liaise with internal stakeholders, but have direct phone, email and face-to-face contact with the clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and able to prioritise your own workload.
You will be able to effectively follow up and generate sales leads for the external sales team and be confident working in a customer-facing role.
Previous experience of working within the trade or construction sector would be highly beneficial, although any customer service background will be considered.
