Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise Intern will assist the team with various activities and projects, including but not limited to
Partner to deliver Brand Marketing Campaigns to attract and engage talent within our talent pipelines
Provide day to day insight into the utilization of our Talent Acquisition tools across global TA teams
Create presentations, training sessions and communications
Partner across all of our global teams
Skills and Abilities:
● Interest and prior experience
● Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and ability to work confidentially ● Working knowledge of Google/ Microsoft Suite of applications
● Must have excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and the willingness to work independently and in a team environment ● Prior experience related to marketing would be an advantage
Required:
● Must be currently enrolled in Bachelors or Masters program, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
● Strong organizational skills
● Desire and capability to communicate effectively
● Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full time basis for the duration of the internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
