Join us as our new Human Resource Executive
We are looking for experienced Human Resource Executive to join our Human Resources Team; a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees.
As the Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for providing best practice and advice and managing HR/ER/IR matters as they arise for our Singapore and Philippines office with extended support for our Indonesia and South Korea office. Ideally with 3-5 years' experience of working in HR, you will also lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer management, whilst also ensuring company HR policies are compliant with labour laws and regulations.
Our team achieves outstanding results for our external and internal stakeholder through the team’s friendly, professional, resourceful and solution driven attitudes. Your mindset and flexible approach to work will naturally support and align with this.

- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources and Employment related field, or similar.
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant and recent work experience ideally in the Resource Energy sector
- Strong knowledge of employment laws in Singapore (essential) & Philippines (highly regarded), HR practices, and compliance requirements.
- Highly confident, self-motivated, self-disciplined person with sound management and organisational skills
- The ability to perform, professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Must be able to perform and achieve at a high level with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- A strong understanding and commitment to HSEQ, including psychosocial safety
- The ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic project environment driven by deadlines

Reporting to the HR Lead based in Perth, Western Australia you will work closely with the General Manager Asia in Singapore.
