A North Wales based Accountancy firm are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Semi-Senior to join their team. This is a general practice which supports a range of clients from sole traders to medium sized groups and partnerships. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounts professional to join a supportive team of colleagues and gain exposure to all aspects of accountancy within a firm that is prioritising the modernisation of their processes and systems.


Your new role
As Account Semi-Senior, you will be responsible for accounts preparation for a range of clients from sole traders to medium sized groups and partnerships. You will assist the firm in the management of their client based and will gain exposure to all aspects of accountancy, including accounts, audit, tax, VAT, bookkeeping, payroll, and day to day client relationship management. You will work as part of an effective team to ensure client queries managed.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience handling accounts for a range of clients and strong IT skills with experience in accounts software such as Xero, Sage, Quickbooks or similar systems. This candidate will need to be AAT or part ACCA qualified. If you are interested in broadening your experience, this will be am excellent opportunity.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time (or Full-Time) HR Assistant to support our HR team. This role requires a strong ability to assist with HR operations, manage day-to-day administrative tasks, and provide support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Office Management:
• Oversee the replenishment and ordering of office pantry
• Ensure the office supplies & equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
  
• HR Operational Support:
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing access cards and other necessary documentation.
• Support the People Operations team on payroll calculations and regular reporting
• Assist with vendor management, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
• Handle any ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as required to support the team and ensure smooth office operations
  
• Employee Experience:
• Support the planning and execution of employee experience events.
• Assist with the management of employee experience at other campuses across Hong Kong.
  
• IT and Asset Management:
• Collaborate with the IT department to manage company equipment and other assets related to employee usage.
• Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of office and IT equipment
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration or HR is a plus.
• Previous experience in office administration or HR support is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong understanding of up-to-date AI tools is a MUST
