About the Role
Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs covering the whole of Kent, you'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include plumbing, carpentry and electrical in the public sector. You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with the best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.

About You
Candidates will hold a City & Guilds qualification and have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety. Customers focused on experience of working in the public sector. We are looking for someone who has a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, for the first time. Punctual, reliable and comfortable operating small hand-held plants such as drills and breakers.

You must hold a valid full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).

Key Responsibilities:

Export Controller:

About the Role:

They are looking for an enthusiastic part time Office Administrator for 14-15 hours per week with excellent IT and customer care skills to support their management team.
This is an office-based role.
The Officer Administrator will support the daily office procedures and will act as a point of contact for all clients and employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.

You will be highly motivated, proactive and have a good sense of humour. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written with high levels of attention to detail, a good use of initiative, and be able to work flexibly and prioritise workloads to meet specific deadlines.

Main duties include:

• Ensure all phone calls are dealt with in a timely and professional manor.
• Maintain and update company databases.
• Maintain and update client contracts
• Update any returned paperwork on the relevant logs.
• Chase any outstanding paperwork.
• Manage office supplies, stock, and place and follow up on orders.
• Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
• Answer client and engineer queries.
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
• Receive and distribute correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages).
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
• Arrange travel and accommodation as required.

The ideal candidate also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools and is ultimately able to ensure administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2 years proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role.
• Business Administration Qualification.
• 5 GCSEs or equivalent to include English and Maths at Grade C or above.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Solid knowledge of office procedures.
• Experience with office management software Installer Pro and MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).

Job descriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Civil Enforcement Officers to join the team at the local Council.
