Job Overview:
The HR and Administrative Support Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering extensive HR and administrative assistance to facilitate the efficient functioning of the dental clinic. This position entails involvement in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, office management, and the promotion of a positive and productive workplace atmosphere.
Core Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the posting of job advertisements, resume screening, interview scheduling, and the coordination of the onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Records: Ensure the maintenance of precise and current employee records, encompassing personal details, contracts.
Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions, keeping training records, and confirming that all staff members have completed necessary training.
Payroll Support: Work in conjunction with the payroll department to facilitate accurate and timely payroll processing, including monitoring attendance, leave, and overtime.
Administrative Support:
Office Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the clinic's office, which includes managing office supplies, equipment upkeep, and vendor relations.
Scheduling and Coordination: Help in arranging meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events or activities within the clinic.
Documentation and Filing: Maintain systematic filing systems for, employee documents, and other essential paperwork such as submission of medisave and insurances.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between clinic personnel and external entities, ensuring effective and clear communication.
Adhoc: Will be required to do front desk duties when required.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative support is desirable. No experience is also welcome to apply.
