• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions fairly.
• Develop and manage performance management systems to align with organisational goals.
• Administer employee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with Australian wage laws and represent the company in liaison & negotiations with unions re- work conditions including pay
