工作規格：

• • 人力資源管理或工商管理學位或同等學歷。
  • 5-7年工作經驗，3年管理經驗。
  • 熟悉候選人的評估和選擇方法
  • 透過建立和提供招募檔案以及面試安排，在招募流程的各個階段密切合作。
  • 熟悉績效改進計劃
  • 優秀的書面和口頭溝通以及人際交往能力
