The HR BPO Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of outsourced HR services to clients, ensuring that HR processes like payroll, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance are efficiently managed. This role requires strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of HR practices in Singapore, ensuring that services meet statutory requirements and client expectations. The HR BPO Executive will work closely with BPO team and clients to maintain high levels of service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll for clients, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, CPF contributions, income tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and other statutory submissions.
- Ensure payroll records are compliant with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other local regulatory bodies.
- Handle payroll queries from clients and employees, providing accurate and timely responses.
Recruitment Support
- Assist in managing outsourced recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and interviewing, as well as coordination.
- Ensure all recruitment processes are aligned with local employment regulations, including proper documentation for new hires.
Employee Benefits Administration
- Manage employee benefits processing, such as leave applications, medical claims, and insurance enrolment, ensuring all transactions adhere to client policies.
- Handle employee benefit queries from clients and employees.
HR Compliance & Data Management
- Ensure client compliance with local labour laws, including MOM regulations, Fair Consideration Framework (FCF), and Employment Act.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Support clients in the preparation of statutory reports and audits.
Client Support & Service Delivery
- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries related to HR processes, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Work closely with the Management Team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into outsourced HR services.
Process Improvement & Technology Utilization
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency using HR software systems.
- Support the implementation of new HR tools and systems for clients, providing training and ongoing support.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR outsourcing, with a focus on Singapore labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in managing payroll via HR systems is highly desirable.
- CEI certified preferred
