Talent Acquisition: Utilize your recruitment expertise to source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a top-tier talent pool for client positions.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights and advice to clients and candidates.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network and stay connected with key players in the Oil & Gas, Information Technology, Healthcare and Temp & Contract sectors.
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and expansion of Achieve Group's client base.
Placement Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Sales Consultant, specializing in the Oil & Gas, Information Technology, Healthcare or Temp & Contract industries.
- In-depth understanding of industry-specific requirements and trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
