The role will be focused on developing, implementing, and managing the performance management system, with a particular focus on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), You will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a passion for driving organizational performance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

OKR Implementation and Management:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of the OKR framework across the organization.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of OKRs with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Train and coach managers and employees on the OKR methodology, ensuring understanding and effective usage.

Performance Management:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive performance management system that aligns with the company’s goals and values.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management processes, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyse, and report on performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership to inform decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all performance management systems.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with other departments line managers & HODs to ensure alignment of performance management initiatives with Company's overall strategies.
• Facilitate regular communication and feedback loops between managers and employees.
• Promote transparency and accountability through clear communication of performance expectations and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior HR and/or Performance Management Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of OKR methodology.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in performance management software and tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in OKR or performance management is a plus
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in performance management.
