Main / Key Responsibilities
1. Human Capital Management
a. Assist in recruitment processes including resume screening and interview scheduling.
b. Manage internship programme and placement of interns for HQ, Clubs and Business Units.
c. Ensure compliance to standard operating procedures for recruitment including the upkeep of all relevant documents (E.g. Manpower Requisition form, appointment letter templates, etc.)
2. HR Information System
a. Assist AM (HCM & Projects) to track project progress and prepare status reports for management.
b. Support the configuration and customisation of the HRIS to align with organisational requirements.
c. Validate system setup to ensure it meets the needs of HR processes.
d. Work using Excel to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity for data migration.
e. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendor during User Acceptance Test (UAT).
Others
a. Assist in other HR duties and events i.e. Long Service Award
b. Assist in other Administration Assignments when assigned (E.g. fixed asset management, P-file management, etc.)
Requirements
· Degree Holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
· Minimum 3 years’ HR generalist experience in HR and HR system management.
· Good interpersonal and planning skills. Incumbent must be meticulous.
· Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
· Proficiency in using HR software and MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).
· Candidates available on short or immediate notice preferred.
· Contract duration: 1 year.
