Job Responsibilities
- Enhance the hotel front desk business, accounting procedures and customer information management.
- Responsible for guest relations maintenance and handing of guest feedbacks or complaints, for maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Handle emergency incident of all kinds.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above in Hotel Management.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Front Office for Managerial Level, with solid knowledge of Opera system is preferable.
- Good communication skills, able to handle complaints and solve problems independently, and able to work under pressure.
- Extensive cooperation and coordination capabilities with relevant departments.
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
