HR & Admin Assistant (Salary range : RM3000 – RM5000)
Recruitment:-
• Assist in recruitment process, including job postings.
• Manage Onboarding & Offboarding Matters.
• Liaise with agent for application of employment pass for expatriate workers or work permit.
Payroll Processing:-
• Prepare payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, and allowances. and ensure timely & accurate payment of salaries.
• Liaise with statutory bodies such as IRB, EPF, SOCSO for any related issues.
HR Administration:-
• Administer medical system for medical staff benefits.
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants during audits.
Office Administration:
• Assist with office administration and supervision of administrative support.
• Any ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
• SPM / SPTM / Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 - 2 years working experience in HR / Administration
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay
