Talent Engagement Partner
Location: Remote with Occasional travel to Luton/London Office.
The Role:
The role of the Talent Engagement Partner is to provide quality On-boarding and Pre-Employment administration services and to manage the On-Boarding Process for Guidant's client base. The role will involve processing all requests for criminal record checks, employment references, Right to Work and all other Pre-employment screening checks as required. The role will involve liaising with Recruiting/Hiring Managers, Resource Consultants and Candidates ensuring a high level and quality of service is achieved at all times to ensure all candidates receive a seamless On-boarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide On-boarding administration services in line with Guidant Group and customer requirements.
- Process all documentation in line with the agreed and documented procedures.
- Liaise closely with the Recruiting/Hiring Managers to provide advice and guidance on the most appropriate ways to resolve queries or issues on their applicant's On-boarding.
- Support Recruiting Managers Resource Consultants and Managers to understand the internal processes and procedures for any policy and procedure updates and changes.
- Develop productive and collaborative relationships with customer and suppliers.
- Ensure all applications are completed in line with SLA and operations manual.
- Support On-boarding Administration colleagues, taking a "can do" approach to ensuring all targets are met and documentation processed efficiently and effectively
- Undertake other duties and projects as required.
- Ensure candidates are kept up to date and all correspondence is provided within the allocated SLAs.
About You:
- Experience in Pre-Employment screening.
- Knowledge of UK Right to Work eligibility.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Exceptional accuracy and consistency in managing processes.
- Experience in recruitment processes (Desirable)
- Developed communication and relationship management skills.
- Effective time management
- Aptitude for IT, including strong word and excel skills.
- Strong organisational skills
- Numerate, literate and articulate
