Job Responsibilities:
• Handle the administration of HR processes including recruitment process
• Resolve communication issues, support a positive work environment, arrange and streamline employee workflows.
• Support in handling employee disciplinary and performance management and ensure adherence to company and HR policies.
• Organize office events, training sessions and professional development programs for employees.
• Support payroll processing and update to system (e.g. EPF, SOCSO,EIS, LHDN, HRDF)
• Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and handle routine matters with government departments.
• Handle general administration duties and support to the various departments (e.g. preparing invoices, filing)
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Certificate/Diploma in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Familiar with HR software and labor laws.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to write & speak in Mandarin, English & Malay and proficient in spoken Mandarin is an added advantage
