HR Administrator
We are looking for a experienced HR Administrator based at a Bristol site for our reputable client.
The role will be a contract role ongoing until March 2025.
Working full time 37.5 hours a week with at least 2-3 days a week based on site.
Experience needed :
- Previous in an HR administration function.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Good skills in Microsoft office, experience in carrying out mail merges, pivot tables, Forms and Sharepoint
- The drive to go the extra mile and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and utilise multiple HR systems including payroll, Microsoft, applicant tracking system and multiple email in-boxes.
Daily Duties :
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Manage offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Updating employment records on our HR system with any contractual changes and sending out communications to our employees.
- Act as a first point of contact to offer advice to colleagues and line managers in connection with HR related queries, responding in a professional secure and efficient manner.
- Manage multiple HR In-boxes ensuring replies are sent within SLA's
- HR Documentation: Prepare and manage HR documents, such as employment agreements and company policies. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and comply with legal and company standards.
- Administration support within other areas of the wider HR team including employee benefits.
- Managing the generation and distribution of HR reports for the business.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.
- Manage the monthly HR life cycle, planning to consider events such as Payroll cut off, dates for monthly reporting etc
- Providing tenancy and mortgage references as well as dealing with requests for copies of contracts of employment.
