An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed RMN - Private CAMHS to work in an exceptional service based in the Roehampton, London area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This is one of the country’s leading mental health treatment centres. They provide fast access to high quality treatment for lots of different conditions, including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress and eating disorders
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RMN Nurse with a valid NMC Pin**
As a Nurse your key duties include:
• Adopt a systemic, individual approach to all patient care plans and communicate the outcomes to the clinical team both verbally and in writing, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is kept up to date
• Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to patient care.
• Deputise in the absence of the Ward Manager and their Deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs of the ward as required
• Support and supervise new or junior staff
• To undertake and manage direct patient care
• having participated fully in the assessment, planning and evaluation of care needs
• Undertake the delivery of care, including individual and group sessions, to agreed quality standards as prescribed by internal procedures and health legislation
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Difficult and challenging situations
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving is based on acquired knowledge
• Organises and prioritises own workload
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of £36,400 - £39,679 per annum DOE. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
