As a HR Degree Apprentice you will join our head office based in Ashby-De-La-Zouch. You will have the opportunity to rotate around different roles and departments helping you gain the experience, skills and training to kick-start your career in a business role.
This is a Monday – Friday role 40 hours per week.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Throughout this 4-year programme you will deep dive into each HR function spending time in, HR Shared Services, Employee Relations, Learning and Development and the Resourcing team, seeing first hand how they attract new talent into our business.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an individual who is driven, hungry to learn and self-motivated. This role would potentially suit someone who has a desire in data and is good on Microsoft Excel. We are also keen on bringing someone into the role who has a genuine interest and desire to work within the logistics industry.
In order to be accepted onto the apprenticeship, you must have achieved a minimum of 2 GCSE’s grade C/4 or above in Maths and English and have a minimum of 3 A Levels.
