In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of the day-to-day HR administration and training functions while working with a highly motivated team. In order to be competent, you should possess good communication, administrative and coordination skills. You should also have the ability to work in a fast pace environment, have strong sense of teamwork, strong promotion of execution, and strong ability to withstand pressure. Notwithstanding that, you should also have an eye for details and able to handle confidential corporate information.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process;
- Responsible to constantly source for new recruitment agencies and coordinate on the verification and approval process;
- Act as the first point of contact for employees communication;
- Manage staffs training matters and administer training-related funding and claims;
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to meet staffs training needs;
- Organize and execute employee engagement and welfare activities;
- Support HR activities and initiatives;
- Provide support on HR administrative matters included but not limited to posting job ads, coordination of interviews, insurance listing updates and etc.;
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in related field;
- Fresh entry is welcomed but having 1-2 years experience will be an advantage;
- Possess high integrity, good interpersonal skills and able to work well across all levels in the organisation;
- Meticulous and organised;
- Experience in exercising discretion and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive corporate information;
- Strong command in both English and Chinese to handle English & Chinese speaking stakeholders.
