Responsibilities
Conduct home visits to assess family needs and dynamics.
Develop and implement tailored support plans in collaboration with families.
Provide information and referrals to access community resources and services.
Facilitate skill-building sessions around parenting, budgeting, and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of family interactions and progress.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic support network for families.
Advocate for families in various settings, including schools, healthcare, and social services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in family support or social services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated understanding of child development and family systems.
Proficient in case management and documentation.
Flexibility to adapt to changing family needs and circumstances.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.02
Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
